I’ve been trying to achieve this kind of liquid metal reveal with geometry nodes but I cannot find a way for it to be revealed as a “solid” and not have a hollow interior.

Having solidify with the metal liquid wave type of effect doesn’t work and messes up the mesh.

Welcome!

I’m not sure what you are trying to do exactly, but is a geometry nodes setup the best way? Based on your example, I would think a fluid simulation would be better for this.
