The title pretty much says it all. I am looking for the best way to animate the Mario sculpture from my Nintendo Project I recently posted in the Works In Progress forum. If anyone can give me advice that would be great. I can’t find tutorials on this so if you know where there is one that would be very helpful.
What are you asking? Rig it up and animate it. This is a very silly question.
I don’t see a wire frame in your thread, so I am just going to assume it is a very dense mesh. Are you using multires? If so, you should make two copies. On one, apply the multires at a low level, then UV map him. Then, Bake the normals of the high poly one onto the low poly one. Then you can animate him easily, using shape keys, an armature, or a mesh deform modifier.
