How do i animate this character?

Hello to everyone , thats an existing character here:

Cus i am really new into this and specially in animating i have very bad experience
can you check it out and tell me whats missing or what i should start with?
give me also tutorials ? i just wanna do a simple scene with the character moving etc

Hi,
You have to rig the character (automatic weightpainting, weight paint mode or envelop).

After that, you have to animate the skeleton in pose mode and make some keyframed animation.
