How do i fix this mess, everything was okay but some how the axis became like this

The left top dash lines are the RenderRegion border… you can disable it with Ctrl+Alt+B, or in the View menu > View Regions.

The rest in the center… you better look into the Outliner to see how many objects you have there, and delete whatever you don’t need.
