How do I fix this shadow? (.blend included)

Hello everyone.

I decided to ask here as a last resort because this has been extremely frustrating for me these past few days.

There’s a small shadow under the ear and no matter where I move the lamps, or change their Energies, it won’t go away.

I’ve attached the .blend file in hopes that anyone can take a look at it and give me some advice.

I’d like to keep the amount of white areas (bottom part of the ear and down-left of the left eye) at a minimum, but this shadow has been getting in the way.

Any help is appreciated.

You could do it by turning off shadows for Lamp.001 then reduce the lighting intensity to minimise the white areas.
