Is there a way to get Blender to render it’s Env maps in a particular order?
Example:- 1 large chrome cube holding 6 ball bearings, 1 envmap for each chrome object.
The problem I have, is the first envmap to render omits the remainder, and the last envmap reflects all objects.
How do I get Blender to reflect all objects in all objects? Do I need the envmaps on different layers or on the same?
Appriciate the help.

Look on my site
www.selleri.org
Image is ‘checkered balls on a chrome floor’
You can see multiple refs there.
If the result is acceptable for you trick is:
Render once.
ERASE ONE ENVMAP
render again, envmap is recomputed, this time it reflects the envmaps computed at previus step.
ERASE ANOTHER envmap
render again… guess what’s happening
Repeat untill you get the depth of reflective intersaction you desire.
OR
Get LightFlow/PowRay/Whatever ray tracer
