How do I get animations (bones) to work in 2.5 GE?

I’m sorry if this has been answered before, but whenever I create a simple animation to test in the game engine, it does not deform the mesh. However, it works outside the game engine. Has anyone figured out how to make animations work in the 2.5 game engine?

I would also like to know if this is a bug or not.

Theres a lot not supported with the 2.5 GE at the moment. I believe we will slowly start seeing the BGE features returning as the 2.5 betas are released, but the focus will be on more major things, in particular - stuff for the Durian project.
