How do i get rid of all of the ray-tracing fuzz in this scene?

How do I get rid of all of the ray-tracing fuzz in this scene?

I have denoising enabled.

When I enable clamping, it seems to alleviate the problem, but it causes the light bulbs to become extremely dim, which is not what I want.

I want the light bulbs to be bright and glowing, and I want to get rid of the weird fuzz/graphical artifacts.

Which denoiser (compositor or else?) and how many samples?

The fuzziness is an artifact of the denoiser coupled with too few samples.

Increase the number of samples.

Clamping might help get rid of some fireflies, but be careful not to set the clamp values too low or you will affect the lighting. I tend to leave my direct illumination unclamped and set indirect to something like 10.

Set the filter glossy value to something other than 0 (say 0.1). This will also help with fireflies from glossy surfaces.
