How do I get this bevelled shape to flip to bevel inwards easily ? (I tried flip normals)

I have this piano key, its bevelled upwards. Modifiers and transformations were applied a while ago.

How do I invert the bevel easily?
I tried already to select all vertices and Mesh > Normals > Flip, but didn’t do anything.

I’m trying to avoid proportional editing for the moment!
