i’m new to blender and still learning some stuff from going through different lesson and
then i stuck here to creating this nice and smooth lantern animation,
I need to know how do i create this strip easily and animate it

Yes i tried creating strip and put cloth physics and wind simulator
but it doesn’t work as i expected, so to be honest i’m not an advance user
Please if someone can explain this step by step it would be great
