How do I keep eyes from clipping through the mouth?

Due to the head shape of my model, the eyes clip through the mouth a bit. I can’t trim those parts out because they show in the eye sockets when the character looks up. A mesh deform seems like an easy solution, but I’m pretty sure there isn’t a way to connect a lattice to a bone. Any idea how I can fix this issue?

Model the eye socket with flesh properly then place the eyeball accordingly. You are estimating the size of the eye based on the bone structure, which is wrong.

if the eyes are really that big , then just lower the roof of the mouth, you need to replan that area.

Thanks again for the help. I didn’t initially think that would work, but it turned out much better than I was expecting!
