How can I load a picture if it’s inside of ‘My Documents’? Or if I can’t, how can I load it?
I assume you want to add an image to your forum post. Below the message box select ‘Go Advanced’, then press the paperclip icon and browse to your image, then select Upload. Note the file size and format limits. Note that some of the forums do not allow you to add attachments to your posts. At the bottom left of the forum page you can see the posting rules that show what you can and cannot do.
