How do I make 2.80's toolshelf like 2.79's?

The toolshelf in 2.79 was a very convenient resource that made Blender that much easier to use reliably, same with many layout aspects of 2.79. 2.80 has taken those very tools, and features in the toolshelf, and scattered them all over the place to the point hunting them down when so many of them I use VERY frequently just makes me want to open the previous version.

Is there a way to make the toolshelf, as well as potentially other layout options more similar to 2.79? Because with how things currently are with it, I’m finding myself fighting with the software so much to a point I’m close to giving up on using it for anything other than rendering. I’m just hopeful there’s a way to make it feel more like what I know how to use, then just learn the new features from there.

It’s not possible. If it helps in something:
In 2.8+ most addon options are in N panel. Operator Menu is a floating window that appears minimized in the bottom left corner (F9 is the shortcut now). You can find Tools tab in N panel or Properties editor in first tab from top. So most of the things you could find in 2.79 toolshelf can be found in N panel. You can move N panel to the left: mouse over N panel and SpaceBar search “Flip Region”. The same for new T panel (Toolbar) to move it to the right.
