How do I make a "Light Absorbing Material"?

Hello,

So I’m working for a school project and right now I’m building a Solar System in my very special…let’s call it a museum. I’m not new into Blender and know the basics.

In the picture below you can see the Solar system which has a sun with the emission node in it. For the background I used a nightsky picture from the internet and modified it a little bit with the node system. The problem I have is the yellowish color on the background.

I’ve tried to fix it with the “Volume Absorption” Node but it changed nothing. Still the yellow/orange color. I hope someone can help me here, because I have no clue how to fix it.

Greetings Nilau!
PS: Sorry if a sentence makes no sense at all, I’m from germany and tried to use all my english skills.

One option. For the material used for the background, use an emission shader but set the Ray Visibility only to Camera

I’m two days late, but it’s working! Thank you!
