How Do I Make an Interesting Special Effect in Blender? CLICK TO READ MORE ABOUT IT

Hi there, thank you for clicking on this thread. Let’s get started. I have a shot of an engaged couple with a GoPro attached to a quadrocopter and I’m near them holding hands and then I fly up and away. So place a quarter or something on your desk, put your finger (which will be the quadrocopter) on the quarter (which will be the couple) and then slowly raise your finger in a straight upward motion, and then slowly arc it forward. That is the kind of shot I have. And I am trying to insert some 3D text in there. I looked up YouTube videos on camera tracking and tried to do it but had difficulty. Please Help. Thank You.

reason: it is a support request

Blender Tracking Engine does not support fish eye lenses (which is what the go pro uses)… your best bet is to use a external program to remove the distortion that it has and then go from there.

Maybe next time do a test shoot to make sure the pipeline works, before doing it on a proper shot.
