How do I make my blend file unpackaged? How to Unpackage?

Hello,
I have packaged my blend so it saved all my textures in the blend file. How do I unpack everything. Because my file is very big now.

PS. Using blender 2.49 on windows machine.

File / External Data / Unpack into Files. Then resave your blend with everything unpacked.
