How do I make the console be a separate icon on the windows taskbar

I’ve had it that way before I just don’t know how I did it There was a separate black console icon to the right of blender whenever I opened it… thanks in advance for any help

Launch Blender from the console

it comes up that way without running blender from the console …but how?

One way I found is to pin the blender to taskbar. When you open the blender from taskbar console is opened in another window
