How do I open .7z files in blender?

Hello! I’m new to blender (been going through some training online - but, still new) Anyway, I’m trying to get a model such as this one

to open in Blender - I’m not sure how to covert the .7z file to an .obj (or something that can be opened in blender).

the 7z filr is an archive, like rar or zip,
the model is inside it,
you have to extract it first, using 7zip program
