Do a double loop-cut on the sides of the object (outer edge and inner “holes”) Scale the loop-cuts in the “y” axis till they are where you want the bevel to end. Then “alt” s (normal scale) the new faces till the bevel is correct.

In Edit mode Ctrl+R to loop-cut. You’ll see a pink line if u get near an edge, that pink line is your cut’s direction, then if u need more than one, use your mouse-wheel to rise the number of loop-cuts, then Left-click to accept.
