How do I use the rules of the thirds in the blender camera

hello I’m having a problem in blender, I was researching a way to improve in blender, so I came across the rules of the thirds on youtube, which is used to improve the results in so many images of drawings with in camera photos, so I searched in blender this option where lines appear in the camera as shown, but two images below, I saw on youtube that has this option in the cell, so I thought i would definitely have in blender more did not find. I wanted to know if aguem can help me

https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/render/cameras.html#composition-guides

Camera > viewport overlays > composition guides

@anon12677551 and @joseph, that doesn’t appear to work for me using 4.1, although the options appear in the GUI identical:

  1. ![Screenshot_20240512_204810|690x391](upload://dQuHTog5dPZMn9uO9kEvnUhvES8.jpeg)

I hope I’m being inept.

You’re not in camera view, composition guides are in camera views only

In fact using the Animation workspace the Overlays are disabled for the (left) camera view.
So the aren’t visible… when enabled :

Thanks, @joseph. That’s a shame.
