and cookies, temp internet files history and sometimes even temp, plus remove recently accesed files too(right click start, advanced, etc.), just for good measure.
hmm i know theres a few more…
oh yeah theres another file that logs lots of sites you visit, can only get to it through the (psuedo)dos box i think and its really hard to delete, cant remember all that stuff now though
but that should pretty much clear it out
