How do you adjust voronoi texture cell direction?

I want the the cells to rotate in a radial path around the edge of this lime I’m creating.

I think you can use the same method like in the linked tutorial for procedural eyes on blendernation:

While it does achieve a radial effect on the texture, it also warps the cells to an undesired effect. I don’t think this is quite what I am looking for?

On the bright side I accidentally dropped the mapping node in my original texture tree and got this bubbly effect which is… really nice!!!
