How do you make a low poly sphere for the ge?

I am using it to create a glass ball by applying uv texture in the uv image view, via painting.

check out issue 6 of blender mag for your low poly sphere (they make a low poly head but use a normal map to get it to look higher res)

the emit button - if you want a texture to map to the emit value is in the shading panel (F5)

by default it’s the last one on the right
