I found instructions on how to do it, but they were vague and I couldnt get it to work.

which instructions? it help me answer if i could just correct what they said.
but pretty much you just pack your blend file, then save runtime, then place the runtime in a folder that contains all of the .dll’s it needs
Thank you for your help. We just got the game to run as a stand-alone. However, we have one more problem. The camera seems to be zoomed in much more than we had in it while it ran in Blender. Is there a way that we can see how the camera will look in the stand-alone version, so that we can adjust it accordingly?
the same thing happened to me before and the answer is pretty simple… do you see the dotted lines when your in camera view? the area enclosed in those dotted are the ones that will be shown in the stand-alone game… hope that helps…
