How do you use motion blur in Eevee?

I’ve been using Eevee from animation and I’m wondering how to use motion blur. Any tips?

Hi. For now Motion Blur natively on Eevee is only available for camera animation.
You can use some hacks, like the following:

I’m really not sure why we don’t have the Vector pass available for Eevee yet so we can at least use Vector Blur more easily.

Object motion blur is now in 2.9!
