How does my UV map look?


This is my first “complex” UV map. I was wondering if this is too distorted:

If so, any tips on how to improve it. I’ve been watching the CGCookie tutorials.

I’ve included my .blend if anyone wants to open it and help me out with a critique.

you can get good maps by marking some seams to split it into smaller pieces, and i believe you can get some good maps by picking the “projected from view” map type.
