I just read about the DVDs of Big Buck Bunny, and there was a map (made via Frapr) that showed people who had received the DVD already. It didn’t say how many were marked on it, but it had been viewed 32522 times. I was wondering, are there any numbers on how many actual DVDs have been sold so far?
The latest figure I heard was around 2700. Hopefully they will reach the magical mark of 10000 sold.
That’s probably the amount of times the Frappr thingy was refreshed. Remember, it’s embedded in the blog page with a lot of F5-pressing personalities…
i think i read something about 1700 which were ordered already and they printed 2500. will they print again if they are sold out?
kakapo is right. On the peach.b.o site you can see that it clearly speaks of 1700 DVD’s sold.
Whoops. Hopefully they will reach that amount in coming weeks. It’s a bargain considering the assets included.
