How to achieve an aged look on rubber

The tires and the steering wheel which may not clearly visible doesn’t fit the scene as it they look too clean. The steering wheel I couldn’t achieve the aged material of it as maybe due to the lack of experience as well as not knowing how to properly use the nodes.

The tires , they seems to perfect so I have no idea on how to make them look older, I will be using proportional editing to bend them to look like they blow out, but they still does not fit the scene.

try to reduce the specularity, almost 0 reflection and add a dirt map. And beat up and rust up the rim a lot. The rim stands out more than the tire does. Add dirt to the head lights or smash them.
