Hello all,
I am a fan of Blender and am trying to get this effect, but I don’t know how this works. Can someone please help me?
But during rendering, it looks like the picture above, after it is completed it just changes to this. Freestyle is not enabled. SSS is off.
Also, can someone tell me is the ‘Spiderman Into the Spiderverse’ graphics can be achieved in Blender. If yes, how?
Thank you very much!
Happy Blending!
Hello Littleboy,
Try using a Sun Lamp instead of a Point Lamp. Then turn on Ambient Occlusion in the World Settings.
I hope it helps.
Greetings,

i would say to use flat colors,
the trick behind 2d effect is the flat colors, your textures are making the model look more 3d than 2d
this is not cycle ,its just the GLSL view
but the concept is the same
i only used flat colors textures without highlight,s

Thank you very much!
This model is not mine. I got it from my friend. I want to achieve the same look the model has got. Not pure 2D. I would like a 2Dish 3D just like the render above.
Awesome render BTW, did you use freestyle?
