How to add background music?

I did this the other day, but completely forgot how i did it. I already have the sound in blender. I just don’t know how to set it as background music.

Good question. I spent about an hour trying to figure this out.
Here is a good vid that explained it well to me.
Make sure the Multiplex button he talks about is in. That tripped me up the most.
