how to add to wizard sub-menu

i got this text in the py file

Name: ‘Torus primitive’
Blender: 242
Group: ‘wizard’
Tooltip: ‘A torus with some special parameters’

but it cannot update the sub-menu group in Blender :eek:

Can someone help and explain why
