How to align text to camera while fixing its location relative to the camera frame?

I added Copy Rotation Constrain to the object, but it did not solve my problem, because the text object moves slowly rightward with the camera during animation.
Is there any way I can fix the position of the text object relative to the camera frame while always facing the camera?
