How to animate texture on part of an object

Hello,

I am still a beginer with blender, hoping to create a semi-abstract cityscape in which I navigate with a camera.
I would like the image texture on the inside of the building (which we can see through the windows) to slowly move (without the rest of the building texture to move).
Unfortunately, I can’t figure how to animate this texture ? I am also wondering if I can animate just the iner face (so the inside of the building) or if I need to create buildings with thick walls ?

Hopefully this makes sense ! And here is a picture to maybe make it clearer :

Thanks in advance for your help !

In blender you can animate nearly any value that has box to type into. So if you put a mapping node inbetween the texture coordinates and the image, you can key-frame the values for location, rotation, and size of the image.
Right click the value and add keyframe.

Thanks a lot for your answer, super helpful !

Another thing that might be useful in this case (depending on the effect you want) would be to use the camera coordinates, with this the image will rotate and move when you move the camera or viewport.
Edit: also reflection coordinates can be interesting.
