How to avoid empty arrays in python?

I tried comparing with [0,0,0] but the null vector pass. The console give the null vector [0.00,0.0000,0.0]
with many zeros after the point. So i tried too [0.0,0.0,0.0] thinking maybe is a float vector. I’m just start learning python.

What are you trying to compare? A vector is not a list, so maybe that’s your problem. A little more description would be helpful.

Thanks, i’ve been searching, (the vector is a 3d vector get from a linear velocity) empty is a reference to void lists, the null vector is a vector of zeros?

Well, to use more precise terminology:

An empty list is just that - an empty list. Python has the idea of “void”, but it’s called “None”.

There is no such thing as a “null vector” - any variable can be set to reference “None”.

A vector of zeros is called a zero vector.
