How to avoid errors like this ?

Now I thought I was ready to do some cool stuff after learning how to integrate perfect holes in a surface, I ran into this issue. Each time I try to integrate a hole like in image 1 and join the edges to the surface, this seems to work until I apply subsurf, which always gives me the errors you can see in the second screenshot. I guess these are “normals” errors, but I can’t get rid of 'm. I’ve tried everything (including re-calculate normals outside etc), but I don’t seem to get around this issue, if someone has a tip, that would really be great.

Ok, I just found the issue myself, actually, the square with the round in it had to be scaled down a bit, and then the errors go away, pretty simple, but have to know it
