How to avoid these ripples after subdivide?


When i subdivide this mesh i always get these rimples.

I guess it has to do with the way the faces are made. But i need to keep this outline:

What can i do?

Get rid of all those triangles, use quads
Don’t have all those vertices so close together
Ensure no double verices
Ensude no faces inside your mesh
Have another edge around the border of the face.
You have an edge that is partly creased and partly not creased.
