How to bake armature with constrains?

This is my rig
Do you see it?
My problem is - i can’t to bake bone’s constrains to keyframes
I’m already know about “Bake Action” feature, but it bake bones with ~1 frame delay. Why?

ps: when i simply play animation “Damped track” constrain work with this ~1 frame delay, but in pause add cycles render all is ok!

pss: all bone constrains don’t skip transformation when i click RMB, is this normal?
