how to change font?

i was wondering how can i change the font for my text?

there is a change font button in the edit buttons
[for text objects]

for fonts on the UI, you need to pull down the info header [at the top of the screen]
go to international fonts [3rd tab iirc]
turn them on
and press the select font button
