In Blender when you hold shift in sculpt mode the active brush temporarily changes to Smooth. I want it to change to a different brush, but I can’t find that on a shortcut list. How do I change that?
Ok, I found a solution (sort of). The command is under 3D view > Sculpt > Shift Left Mouse and it’s internal Blender command of Stroke mode: Smooth. You can’t set it to any brush in User preferences, but… you can rename any brush to Smooth. And it works. Just rename default Smooth brush to something else and then rename something else to Smooth. User Preferences will treat it as if it’s a legit Smooth brush.
