How to change text size on Blender*?

Hi,
I was wondering how to change the text/font size in Blender since I am making a youtube intro and the text won’t fit inside the little box, I am extremely new so please be very specific on what you have to do.

If you mean a text object

Change the size value

or scale the text object (shortcut S)
