How to clean physics sim data?

How to clean physics sim data for working on with modeling editing 1 selected frame as static OB mesh?
It’s not confortable to select bad data when thousands objects are close together, and when linking to other blend the object wont keep positsion (reopen blend = wrong positsion and shape) and allredy deleted object will be there on same frame.

I know it’s possible to export to 3ds and import back, but why to produce bad data in 1st place at all, to crown all - no apply modifiers + unlink will result “not jet” :spin: :wink:
