How to clean this object

I have this object and I need to clean it, but is there a faster way doing it ?

For such an object, probaly the fastest way is to just build a new object on top of the original, much as doing a retopo.

Start with a plane, set snap to face, and optionally add a shrinkwrap modifier and a mirror… From there, just extrude edges, bevel, loop cuts, etc…
It will take a bit of work, but you might manage to have the job done in less than 30 minutes, if you’re familiar with the shortcuts.

All ‘automatic’ solutions, normally have perks, that you then have to clean up and modify, and in the end it might give you even more work.

Thank you for your advice.

After full selection in edit mode, you can remove the triangle with Alt+J.
I think some of them need to edit the edges.

In other ways, model it as a retology
