How to convert .caf to .wav?

Im runnin a mac, which simply doesnt support .wav files. How can I convert my custom sound effects from garageband to .wav?

WOOO! thx a bundle pixeltwist! it wouldnt let me export through itunes, but the forum thread (second link) had a link to audacity, and it worked perfectly!
