How to convert GP to curves and closing bezier curves to mesh


I’m trying to texture the grease pencil drawing of a car created by Paul Cageggi :

but before to add a texture,I need to convert the GP to bezier curve and finally to a mesh. Can some one shows me how to do the whole process ?

and I’ve got a good answer,but it’s not enough for me. I read that I should select all the bezier curves and then press ALT + C,but it does not work for me. In my scenario ALT+C = set 3d cursor (in object mode). Instead in edit mode = toggle cyclic. You can find the blender file below…


Hi, try pressing F3 to search for the Convert (formerly Alt C) op, or try the 2.7 keymap.
