salutations
Ok sorry my English is not very good but i explain my request.
I want to use UV texturing
for example i have a diffuse texture of a leaf so i want to create bump texture, specular texture, and some other of texture to create near realistic material of a leaf and every textures have values for combining each other so how can i create this values texture using reference image.
thanks
try at cgtexture site it’s free but you ahave to register
and i think you’ll find some leave there with some normal map for it !
and try this one may be
http://www.texturemate.com/category/image-galleries/granite
leaves images mask and texture
hope it helps
I wonder if he’s referring to something like this…
http://shadermap.com/index.php
It apparently converts a photograph into bump and normal maps. I’ve never used it so I don’t know how well it works.
might be good never tried it !
did you test it and is it easy and working well ?
but i think he wanted more how to make layers procedural textures
thanks
