I have created some stars but they look horrible because some of them look bigger and have odd geometry.
Anyways, how can I create some decent stars in blender cycles? I wasn’t sure where to post this. plz dont ban mee
I used a Voronoi texture – Multiply math- subtract math for world.
I think he wants a star field. I would just make a particle system using shadeless icospheres in place of halo particles and render it.
Hello Fetcha200,
i had that problem before. Therefore i created a high resolution Starfield Skydome for Blender Cycles. It has both, the functionality of lighting a scene as well es showing a sky full of astronomically correct stars. This World Setup is downloadable at Blendermarket:
I hope this will help you out.
Kind regards,
