How to create such a shape

Hi guys,

i’ve been trying to get myself a mesh with the same shape as you see below. I’m not getting there yet, can anyone tell me what the proper way is to create that shape.

cut the circle from 3 sides, use mirror X & Y, don’t forget about clipping check TURNED on.

It could be made in Inkscape easily and imported as a curve.
