hey everybody
i was wondering how to create a .zip file with mac osx (i’m not a mac newb or anything, i just never really tried doing this)
any help from mac users on this forum would be much appreciated
edit: i just figured out, if anyone wants to know, you highlight the folders and files you want in the .zip, right click them and click create archive

Stuffit is a proprietary format made by Aladdin Software that was popular with old Macs. People really shouldn’t use it any more because it’s horrible.
Zip, gzip, bzip and lzw-compressed dmg are the preferred compressions.
