how to cut keyframes from a frame

Hi,
I am learning Blender. I know how to set a location keyframe using ‘I’. And I see how to delete all keyframes from the selected object using the menus. But how do you just remove the keyframes from one particular frame, or cut them?

Can you do it for all objects or just the selected one?

Select the object and go to the Action Editor or Graph Editor. Select the Action name (if it’s not already there) and then the specific key you want using the right mouse button and press Del or X.
