Where can I define the emitting color itself?

it’s the material color in shader panel

are you using the emit value in shader 's panel ?

or colored lamp output ?

This in no way makes your object emit light, however. It is an old fake to simply brighten your object in the scene.

sorry not the shader’s panel for the color

its’ the basic color of the material

you could also use the halo effect to enhance the effect!
